Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and zbazi ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the zbazi website at zbazi.bet and all related services, games, features and promotions offered through it. By completing the registration process, accessing your account or placing any wager on zbazi, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus-specific terms, and any other policies published on zbazi (including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy), all of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a game-specific or bonus-specific rule, these Terms shall prevail unless the specific rule expressly states otherwise.

Eligibility

To register and use zbazi, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. zbazi reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. zbazi is strictly an adult platform and does not permit access to persons under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you in Bangladesh.
• You must not be accessing zbazi from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where you do not have legal authorisation to participate.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended zbazi account. Only one account per person is permitted. Holding multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent or representative of any third party when registering or using zbazi.

zbazi may require documentary proof of age and identity (KYC verification) before processing withdrawals or at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals that cannot be verified.

Account Registration and Management

When you register a zbazi account you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. You agree to update your account information promptly whenever any detail changes. zbazi is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to maintain current and accurate account information.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. zbazi will never ask you for your password by email, phone or live chat.
• Any activity conducted through your account after login is deemed to have been authorised by you. zbazi is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify zbazi support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation. Contact us at [email protected].
• zbazi accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign or otherwise dispose of your account or any funds or bonuses associated with it to any third party.
• zbazi may carry out identity and age verification checks (KYC) at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any other point deemed necessary. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification process.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

zbazi processes all player deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern all financial transactions on zbazi. zbazi reserves the right to change minimum or maximum transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.

• The minimum deposit is ৳100. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other supported Bangladeshi payment methods as listed on the zbazi cashier page from time to time.
• Deposits made by credit, debit or prepaid cards issued outside Bangladesh are not accepted. zbazi does not accept deposits in any currency other than BDT.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the method's availability for withdrawals. zbazi may require additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• zbazi will process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the cashier page. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, public holidays or when additional KYC verification is required.
• zbazi reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms, pending investigation.

Players are solely responsible for any taxes, levies or duties that may apply to their winnings under the laws of Bangladesh or any other applicable jurisdiction. zbazi does not deduct taxes from player winnings and does not provide tax advice.

Bonuses and Promotions

zbazi offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general terms and to any additional promotion-specific terms communicated alongside the relevant offer. In the event of a conflict, promotion-specific terms take precedence over these general terms only where explicitly stated.

• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum 30x wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn, unless a specific promotion states a different wagering requirement.
• Bonuses are non-cashable unless explicitly stated otherwise. The bonus amount itself is removed from the withdrawal amount once wagering requirements are met; only net winnings attributable to the bonus may be withdrawn.
• zbazi reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or use of artificial strategies designed to exploit promotional offers.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per eligible account. Players who have previously held a zbazi account, regardless of whether that account was closed voluntarily or by zbazi, are not eligible for new player promotions.
• zbazi may withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering already in progress under the promotion terms at the time of cancellation will be honoured under the original terms.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on zbazi are operated by certified third-party studios whose RNG systems and payout rates are independently audited. zbazi does not develop or control the mathematics of any game. Game outcomes are determined by the game provider's certified RNG and are final.

• In the event of a malfunction, disconnection or technical error during a game round, the round may be voided and any stakes returned to the player's account balance. zbazi is not liable for losses attributed to technical faults on the player's device or internet connection.
• Sports betting markets on zbazi, including cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and international fixtures, are governed by separate sports betting rules published on the relevant betting section of the site. In the event of a dispute over a sports bet result, the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g. ICC, BCB) shall be used to settle the wager.
• Players may not use automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other tool that provides an unfair advantage in game play or sports betting. zbazi monitors for irregular betting patterns and may void bets or suspend accounts where such activity is detected.
• Any winnings determined to have been generated through exploitation of a software error, game vulnerability or undisclosed bonus loophole will be considered void. zbazi reserves the right to correct errors in credited winnings or bonuses at any time.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on zbazi and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. zbazi reserves the right to take immediate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of balances and legal action, where prohibited conduct is identified.

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at registration or during the KYC verification process.
• Using zbazi for any activity that constitutes, facilitates or conceals money laundering, terrorist financing or any other criminal activity.
• Registering or using multiple zbazi accounts, including accounts registered in another person's name or using another person's identity documents or payment methods.
• Using automated software, artificial intelligence tools, bots, scripts or any other mechanism to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over zbazi's systems.
• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes, manipulate betting markets or abuse promotional offers, including through chip dumping or coordinated bonus wagering strategies.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback or dispute any deposit made to your zbazi account through your payment provider without first contacting zbazi support and allowing zbazi a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter.

Responsible Gaming

zbazi is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. zbazi strongly encourages all players to gamble responsibly and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available through their account settings.

• Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Players may request a temporary time-out from their zbazi account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a time-out, the account is suspended and the player may not log in or place bets.
• Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from zbazi may request self-exclusion by contacting zbazi support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion is permanent and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months from the date of the request.
• zbazi strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and uses age-verification procedures to prevent minors from accessing the platform. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all funds held in the account will be returned to the source payment method after deducting any winnings generated.

Account Suspension and Termination

zbazi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Where zbazi closes an account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms by the player, any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

• zbazi may suspend an account immediately and without notice where it suspects fraud, money laundering, identity theft, bonus abuse, prohibited conduct or any other activity that threatens the integrity of the platform.
• Where an account is suspended pending investigation, zbazi will notify the account holder within a reasonable timeframe and request any additional documentation or information required to complete the investigation.
• A player may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting zbazi support. Voluntary closure does not entitle the player to a refund of any losses incurred during the lifetime of the account.
• Where zbazi closes an account due to a breach of these Terms by the player, zbazi reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including any pending withdrawals and any bonus or promotional balances, without liability to the player.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zbazi, its officers, directors, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the zbazi platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill or any other intangible losses, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory, and whether or not zbazi has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

zbazi's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the twelve calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. zbazi does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusions are not permitted under applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the zbazi platform, including but not limited to the zbazi brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the property of zbazi or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the zbazi platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or otherwise exploit any zbazi content without the prior written consent of zbazi. Unauthorised use of zbazi intellectual property may result in account termination and legal proceedings.

Amendments to These Terms

zbazi reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, zbazi will notify registered players by posting a notice on the zbazi website or by sending an email to the address associated with their account, no less than seven days before the changes take effect. For non-material changes, zbazi may update the Terms immediately without advance notice.

Your continued use of zbazi after any amendment to these Terms takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using zbazi and may request closure of your account by contacting zbazi support.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law and the laws applicable to the operation of online gaming platforms in the jurisdiction from which the player accesses zbazi. zbazi makes no representation that the platform is legal or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a player and zbazi, the player should contact zbazi support in the first instance to allow zbazi an opportunity to resolve the matter informally. zbazi aims to respond to and resolve all player disputes within 30 days of receipt of a written complaint. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit the matter to a mutually agreed independent arbitration process before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.
